General Terms

Hey baje (heybaje.net) is an online betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hey baje and its members. Throughout these Terms, "member", "you", or "user" refers to any registered user of hey baje.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on hey baje:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (One Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT) per day. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 10 to 30x wagering before withdrawal, depending on the specific offer.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hey baje reserves the right to void the affected bets and issue a full refund.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the member's balance.

• Money Laundering: Using hey baje to launder illegal funds.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to hey baje's systems, software, or databases.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other members or third parties in an attempt to manipulate outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automation software.
• Minor Accounts: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.

If any such activity is proven, hey baje reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Hey baje may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If a member requests it themselves (self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time. Verified balances may be withdrawn before closure, but any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
